Thold issues after Cacti/PIA upgrade

I upgraded Cacti and PIA to the latest version and everything is working great except thold.

I am getting this at the top of the page when I click the Thold tab:
Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /var/www/html/plugins/thold/setup.php on line 103

I tried removing the plugin and installing the latest version with no change.

does anyone have any ideas?

I found the issue, when I updated the config.php, my copy and paste didn't work correctly.
