Banner plugin for Cacti PA2.x

Banner version 0.32

Here a plugin to show a banner message / picture on the top of cacti
used for:

• When some office are not together or for a another group and your want give a feed back
  "maintenance", "location X because of power outage", "don't panic we are working on this problem".
  something else.

features:

• showing at a date/time.
  changing the banner by clicking on the banner (user with rights) or under "Configuration Settings/Misc"
  add a picture in the banner
  scrolling the banner
  banner color background
  color text, Fontsize
  active deactive the banner
  when text is empty the banner is hidden

Install:
copy, active the plugin .. finished ...
(no more need to change PHP files)

One error which I came across...things work fine without correcting the error; however, a message does appear in logs.

In ...banner/includes/settings.php, colors are accurately defined as:

...
$banner_colorbg['blue'] = "blue";
$banner_colorbg['red'] = "red";
$banner_colorbg['orange'] = "orange";
$banner_colorbg['black'] = "black";
$banner_colorbg['gray'] = "gray";
$banner_colorbg['maroon'] = "maroon";
...
(notice the addition of single-quotes in the brackets)

My php skills are not enough to modify the version of the plugin with the changes...will someone tackle this for me?

Hi
i cant seem to get this plugin going ...
0.32 - its in the plugin directory , but not shown in Plugin Management.
only see it in utilities --> Plugins (Current) .

any ideas ?
