Hi all,

Nothing new since more than one year

Mojiro, did you give up with mikrotik devices? The work you did still works perfectly with latest cacti and routerOs version.

Does anyone else here uses cacti to monitor a Rlan made with mikrotik devices?

thx

what is it rlan ? Is it radiolan ?

If yes I never had one to see what you asking about.

Nowdays, I do not have time to continue monitoring and experiment
on these nice things.

Until now, I have seen only two great wireless tables OID readings.

The first one is named ROsInfo and detects flowlessly all connected
macs. It works almost automatically. It has easy & simple code. If
anyone nows php, he may easily convert it to a php script for cacti.
I use it ( http://routing.explode.gr/?30:20 ), at a part of a AWMN
network
.

You can download it from http://phill.gotdns.org/rosinfo.php

The other one, is an phpnuke implemantation made by a friend.

I imported templates to cacti and when I want to choose template, I can choose, just cpu, memory,.. no wirelles or other useful graphs.
I have mikrotik rb433ah, routeros v5.
