how to configure Thold

hi all
1. i want to configure Thold on windows.
2. And how to configure alert on thold when host is down.

1. Ok
2. This is handled by "Down Host" detection. Goto Settings >> Alerting/Thold. Then check the box that says "Dead Hosts Notifications" and put your email address in the box right below that.
