Dear Cacti Community,

One of the most important feature introduced with 0.7.0 is the export and import of report templates. Beside that possibility to backup your valuable formulas, it opens the chance to share these templates with the community. Feel free to do so.

here´s an "Availability" Template based on a unix-ping template with a modified RRA (both included)

Unfortunately not. I had the hope that the people would use that feature to share templates with other community members. That's the main reason why I wrote it. And I know that some people have created a bunch of really good templates.
Do you have a tip how we can change this?

Here is a silly idea : why don't you make your plugin part of the base code of Cacti ?

This functionality could be very helpful for a lot of guys out there (including me).

I think this way, people would feel the need to share.

Sorry i am weak about reportit and that's why i ask sometimes stupid questions.
I have many windows server. Lets say 20 server.
And they have disks. I can graph disk usage of them. But i have to know that what is the usage of my "total" disk capacity?
ıs there possible to measure it with report it?

Sure!
Try out the host mib template listed above. (import it under report templates)

thnx fast answer. But I dont use Disk usage MIB. Use check_nt nagios plıgin and a perl script to cleect data. So I have different data template.
I truy to change data template id in XML file. but i couldnt import bec of checksum error.

Yep,
the template contains a hash to "avoid" that it will be modified manually.
In that case you'll have to build a new report template on your own. ( And then you should publish it here. )
But you can take a look at the different formulas within the XML file. They could make it easier.

I need a monthly report with all graphs which correspondig datasources had fired a threshold (traffic-in & traffic_out):
I create a thold for a traffic graph. I have installed reportit and I want to see these events on a monthly basis.
I have followed a tutorial found on the web but doesn't work.

An idea for doing this or a template that matches this need, or any tutorial or documentation about Reportit plugin that can help?
