Refresh interfaces

I get this error message when I try to refresh interfaces.

An error occured while loading http://xxxxx.xxxx.com/cacti/snmp.php?ac ... resh&id=26:

Timeout on server
There is alot of interfaces on this router but it worked once.

Is there a way to increase time out.

Try downloading "getif" and accessing the switch using that tool. Your read string may have changed or an access control is preventing your access.

I'm using Linux so I don't think Getif is for linux just Windows.
Is that true ?
