For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?

okay well its like this..

server A ---{internet}--- server B ---{vpn}--- device C

1. cacti is installed on server A
2. & it remotely monitors server B as well
3. device C is only connected to B.

Can I remotely plot a graph of ping latency of device C on B on the same remote monitoring cacti installed on server A?

I hope its clearer now. You can always ask if something is unclear.
