Cacti - Forbidden Error

Post by sudhir_shet »

Hi,

I have installed Cacti on Fedora 8 machine. I have setup and configured the Cacti according to the instruction given in the documentation on this site.

After the config, when i try to access the link http://10.255.166.213/cacti.

I get an error -
"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cacti on this server.
Apache/2.2.6 (Fedora) Server at 10.255.166.213 Port 80"

I have disabled SELINUX, given user permissions and also tried some tips given in previous posts on this site. But despite all this i still have the same error.

Could you kindly help get this up and running?

Thanks & BR,
Sudhir.

This looks like a permission error in httpd.conf
