Page Refresh - Not Working

Hello everyone,

I have successfully installed Cacti in our Centos 5.4 server using this guide:

Everything seems to be fine except for the page refresh thinggy.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Which version of cacti is this?
