Do the log tell anything about that ? I would think that you may use an older version of the sourceguardian module. Try updating it to the latest version.

no idea,

Can you send me a screenshot to support@urban-software.de and also try version 1.01 RC4 ?

Maybe it's a permission error. But a blank page does not tell anything at all ...

do you have error log on with your php installation ?

in the php.ini file:

Code: Select all

error_log = syslog  ; or a filename
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
log_errors = On

The first two errors should not be there, the html file replacements doe provide those 2 variables. Can you check if you did tacke the correct html replacement files for your cacti version ?

The other errors, you can simply fix by downloading the ChartDirector for PHP software and place the files from the archives lib dir in the lib dir of the plugin ( there should be a txt file in ther already ).

Look at the source code ( html code ) of the page with the PDF icon on it. Search for some text like the one below:

Code: Select all

<input type=hidden name=starttime value='1281452959'><input type=hidden name=endtime value='1281539359'>

For the "MRTG-Style" PDF creation not working: I got that one fixed.
Once I can get the other error from zorrosam sorted out, an RC5 will be published with the fixes.

nmidCreatePDF problem with php 5.3

Post by zorrosam »

Guys,

after a private session of troubleshooting with phalek we can say that there's a problem of compatibility of this plugin with php 5.3.

Sourceguardian Loader fails to run ....

[root@xxxx nmidCreatePDF]# php createPDFReport.php
Segmentation fault

take your time before evaluate an upgrade.
