I found a problem when install the newest plugin syslog

I got the newest plugin syslog v1.04-5.tgz and installed in my cacti server ,I got this message :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function check_changed() in /var/www/html/plugins/syslog/syslog.php on line 265


my cacti's version is 0.87b and Plugin Architecture 2.0.
Have someone met this problem ??

I think, new syslog plugins run with PA version 2.8.x, try to update PA first and check version of cacti (0.8.7e or 0.8.7g)
