It has been decided that the Professional Edition is going to be discontinued and will not be available for purchase as of now. Support will be available until end of 2010.

Hi

I've just tried to install nmidCreatePDF on my dev box and I'm getting the following in the apache error log
[client 10.180.50.0] PHP Fatal error: SourceGuardian Loader - This protected script does not support version 4.3.9 of PHP. Please contact the script author about this problem. Error code [07] in /opt/cacti-0.8.7e/plugins/nmidCreatePDF/functions.php on line 2
I'm running cacti 0.8.7e with PHP 4.3.9

Any ideas?

Thanks

Is this for 0.85 or 1.01 RC4 ?

You can download 1.01 RC4 with PHP4 support from here

simply extract and overwrite the files in the nmidCreatePDF dir with the ones from this zip file

Then download the files from the link, as I posted. The zip file contains a version supporting php4 . Just overwrite the files in the directory with the ones from the zip file.

This is related to a PIA compatibility issue that we issued a note to most plugin developers about. Due to changes that we had to make to insure RRDtool segault protection, programs using the lib/rrd.php API needed to be updated for 0.8.7g.

Hm, I'm just wondering, why the other 0.8.7g installs ( Windows and Linux ) are working fine. didn't get any reports about the rrd error from other installs.

which rrd version do you use ?

I use
RRDtool 1.2.15 Copyright 1997-2006 by Tobias Oetiker <tobi@oetiker.ch>
Compiled Dec 14 2006 22:05:35
on a debian etch installation. I do not have the heart to upgrade the OS - if something breaks down I am in big trouble....

But I have to precise the broken pdf.
It is only broken whan you want to create it from a specific graph view:
Tree-view -> clicking an a graph for detailed view -> hit pdf-icon --> pdf is broken.
All other ways (via tab or via tree view) are working fine.

Ok, that's the only one using a special routine to create the report ...

Thanks for reporting this

Is there a big difference between 1.2 and 1.4 in the visualisation? Found at a fast search nothing feasible.
