Does anybody know how I am able to install Plugin Architecture on "Ubuntu 10.4 LTS" ?

The same way you install it on any other Linux distro?

I read the way of installing it and I installed it many times on other distros !!!
I think you should try it sometime and see there is some problem out there.

I have installed it on dozens of distros. Are there differences, yes. Is it anything crazy? No.

You need to install it the way you do other distros and then change the path to adodb.inc in the global.php file. If you don't you will find that you get a blank screen.
