NTOP Plugin not working properly after 0.8.7g upgrade

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?
I'm assuming you're running PIA 2.8?
To enable it, you must first install it. In the plugin manager (if you're using PIA 2., there's an icon to the far left of the plugin. It should be a blue circle with an arrow on it. If you click that, it will install the plugin. Then an icon will appear immediately to the right of the install icon that you can click to enable the plugin.
Something did not come over completely when I first upgraded to PIA 2.8 so I did not have these icons. I quick copy of those files again enabled this functionality for me.
