I have this problem

C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti>php cmd.php
"w" no se reconoce como un comando interno o externo,
programa o archivo por lotes ejecutable.
"awk" no se reconoce como un comando interno o externo,
programa o archivo por lotes ejecutable.

"uptime" no se reconoce como un comando interno o externo,
programa o archivo por lotes ejecutable.
"awk" no se reconoce como un comando interno o externo,

This commands are not included in cygwin or unxutils y run cacti on w2k
cgywins have awk but when run this .Subsystem DOS find instruction not allowed CS:076e IP:4c32 OP:fe 32 e4 88 04 Choose close to end aplication
and only run under unxutils commands
