Cacti Setup using WAMP server

Can I setup Cacti on Wamp Server?

I am installing cacti-0.8.7g over WAMP 2.0 following the given link. But basically this tutorial is intended for IIS users. However, I managed to configure WAMP for cacti and able to get cacti configuration page. But I am getting error while i am trying to run poller.php.

I reached upto this link http://docs.cacti.net/manual:087:1_inst ... gure_cacti and while I am running "php c:/cacti_web_root/cacti/poller.php" in the command prompt I getting following error message.
