configManger router bkup file doesn't have the bkp data

I have just finished configmanager 8.7 installation. and setup for tftp. on tftp method the cfg file created but the file inside of it just the information not the actual router configuration file. here is the . cfg file.

where is the router config file bkp? please help

I am changed to script method. with that I can run manually and able archive the bkp from the router. the problem I have now when schedule the job or try to run the job from GUI, there is no archived saved ( no error log). please....any help. I have seen same question but no answer any where. thanks again

Is the Plugin Support Router backup which are in TACACS like there is three level autherntication eg. username: password: en

I didn't know about enable pass. but also I don't think so there is no place to add enable password. I have used on routers which doesn't need enable password.
