I deactivated all new! plugins as the persmission stay on the user accounts. Old-PIA plugins remained active. Problem is still there.gandalf wrote:When deactivating all but MANAGE, does the problem persist?

Now I know.
Gilles has smuggeled some html code into a text field that we are now safely escaping against XSS attacks. That's why you now see the html code itself and not the action it should perform (popup a new window when clicking the field).
I don't have access to the plugins SVN; it's not a Cacti Group plugin. So I can't change the code in a safe manner.

The "manage_popup2" thingies (Security Options) are usually done via "User Management -> <user> -> Realm Permission"
The "User Options" currently go to "Graphs -> Settings" (graph_settings.php) which, honestly, is crazy. We plan to have per-plugin user settings that can be managed in a more intuitive way. A different option would be to hook that call into the left menu, e.g. under "User Management" e.g. as "User's Manage Settings" or the like.
But that should be decided by the author himself.
