Graph are always null or nan

Hello,
I have :

Cacti installed on a Debian VM
a server on Windows Server 2008

I want to monitor the windows server.

My problem is that all my graphs are displayed but nothing is traced.
The values are always null or nan.

I installed the SNMP agent. It seems to works since I got this on my device

1) linux template don't work on windows.
2) read http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=11747 ?
3) find out the OIDs DS[34] through DS[41] use. manually validate with snmpwalk.

1) Yes, I have tested a Windows XP template and a ucd/net SNMP host
The behaviour seems to be the same.

2) Yes, I read it
I did what I understood.
I didn't understand the "Check Cacti's Poller" part, but I don't think the
problem comes from the poller since I can monitor Debian servers with
Linux templates.
(I am using Spine)

I checked that the ownership were set to the cacti user.

I did change the maximum of somme RRD files but still no graphs.

3) I tried the snmpwalk command as you suggested.

I am not sure to understand how to find out the OID.
I got OID: SNMPv2 for my 2 servers.

3) find out the OIDs DS[34] through DS[41] use. manually validate with snmpwalk.

I tried the snmpalk command, as you can see in the previous post.
I am currently trying to find out the OID as you suggested.

I am not sure I have understood how to find out the OID.
I found that the OID are encoded in a hexadecimal format, but
I couldn't find the format.

Could you explain me how to find them out, or redirect me where I could learn how to do that ?

a) Either look the Data Sources section in cacti for DS 34, 35, etc.
b) look in the poller cache and select that device.
c) turn the cacti.log level to debug and watch what cacti tries to poll.
