Just want to clarify a few things:
- the format of the date/time field is derived from
http://localhost/cacti/graph_settings.php. You can change this to your likings. All/most date/time fields in cacti use this format
- you can't enter a date/time that is in the past
Cacti will replace this with current date/time, then. Date/time in the future is (should be?) accepted
Please verify

Actually, my mistake
On checking, I can create a scheduled date and time of 07/07/2010 23:00:00, where the time is accepted.
I tried to create a report for 06/07/2010 23:00:00, and it sets the time back to current. This time is in the future, but the date isn't - do I understand this correctly ?
Thanks

Yes and yes. BUT HOW do they look like? I can't give you an advice when I don't know what you're looking at. I do not assume that you're dumb; but it happens from time to time that things go weird. And honestly, I can't reproduce. So I want to verify each and every element of the chain. So, please, a screenshotmcutting wrote:Mmm - these settings look correct...

Reinhard,
Sorry - not in front of a PC at the moment, so will have to post this tomorrow. It's not for not wanting to post it - been out of the office for a few days, and all of my posts are from my Blackberry.

Ok, i've noticed that when I try to set the time to, for example, 26/07/2010 00:00:00, it sets current time instead. But if I set the time to 07/26/2010 00:00:00, it detects the time correctly as 26/07/2010 00:00:00. Apparently it is changing time formats at some step, don't know exactly where.
Regards.
