i cant install cacti on my windows vps

i cant install cacti on my windows vps

Hi every one. sorry for this amator question. but i cant install cacti .
at first i have enable iis on my windows vps.
then download http://www.tonyroman.us/~bsod/Cacti-0.8.7e_1.94.exe

and after that this page show on my vps screen:

file:///C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/docs/html/post-install.html

then i try :

httpd://windowsvpsip/cacti

login page show.
admin
cactipw

then login on admin.

(am i do everyting right?)

now.how can i monitoring and creat graph for my other linux machine ?

on this page:

i try to creat new host .and enter my linux server ip and from Host Template select local linux machine (is it correct? becasue this linux server isnt local.its my other server on other location)

HOW CAN I VIW MY LINUX SUMMERY GRAPH?

Turn On Graph Debug Mode

under RRDTool :

ERROR: opening 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/rra/4/17.rrd': No such file or directory

Only via snmp. Many of the included linux scripts are for running locally only. Try the snmp and/or net-snmp templates instead.
