The trouble is solved!, thanks!, I'd would like to use your new version plugin (actually I was using an old version and worked well...)... but seems it has troubles on windows platform.....

there may be an issue with the SourceGuardian version. Did you download the latest version from here: http://www.sourceguardian.com/ixeds/ ?

And also make sure the md5 hash of the zip file is matching

yes I downloaded for windows VC6 (although I see windows VC9 too). by the way, according to my OS Windows server 2003 Standard edition SP2, what version should I use?, VC6 or VC9?.
well, I told you what Idid was:
1.Delete the old NMIDPDF from plugin
2.Put the new NMIDPdf v0.8.4 in plugin folder.
3.run the script: "howto-install.php", (I got "SourceGuardian loaders are already installed"), I think because the last version.... ¿?
4. In plugin management click on install and CACTI went down...

then trying to solve the issue, I created an "ixed" folder in the new NMIDpdf one and put th e ixed files, ...Now, I remember that I should have put a name of one "ixed" file in php.ini...., but results strange that the whole CACTI page down

well, after the piece of advice you told me the CACTI went UP again....

any advices to install again.....

I downloaded again nmidCreatePDF_v0.84_Build_39_full.zip from http://redmine.nmid-plugins.de/projects ... dcreatepdf
and put it in the "plugins" folder but all The CACTI went down again (this happens each time I put the plugin"), My CACTI is on a private network, so it's not possible to access to internet. my question is: why the plugin causes that CACTI goes down?. In php.ini I have:

Please delete that iced folder and run that html script again. There may be an issue with the way you are loading the sourceguardian module.

oh, and try using the module with the "ts" in it. I had some issues with the one you're using.

yes I have......worked like a charm righ away.......After all the testing and trying that you and I did in the past with the first window install of NmidCreatePDF and NmidSmokeping....This time around it was a breeze getting them to work.....

Test System, my live system is still version 0.8.7e

just looks like the replacement files produce some sort of graphical glitch, which I need to look at ... ( e.g. background shouldn't be blue and the title not way on the top ... )

v0.9 will include Backup/Restore capabilities for Reports.

Backup will include:

• The Report Definition ( Page size, cover logo ... )
• Items ( Graphs, text ...) added to the Report
• The report schedule

It does not include:

• The actual cover logo and cover page
• The archived reports
