I copy c:\php\mibs to c:\usr\mibs, but now have this message:

The "Undefined variable" warnings sounds normal and don't produce any bad things. Every body (I think) have the same warning. Maybe RaX could explain that but I think it is the way that cacti is developped.
If you do not want to see them anymore in your logs, put error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE in you php.ini.
Concerning the information on the third warning, I have no idea of what's going wrong.
By the way, those warning are not related to the snmp support of php.
