Win Service thold template setting mismatch

Hi all,

I have created a Win Service threshold template with "Min Trigger Duration" to 10 minutes, and "Re-Alert Cycle" to every 15 minutes. However, when I apply this template to all devices, the "Min Trigger Duration" become 2 minutes, and "Re-Alert Cycle" becomes 3 minutes in most of the devices. But a few devices can get the correct settings.

I have tried to re-create the Win Service threshold template, but no help. And there is no problem on other threshold template such as CPU, HDD etc.

Can anyone give an advice where should I check?
