Cacti on WinNT

I installed Cacti on Windows NT 4.0, but this OS has not the Task Scheduler. Actually, it has, but the Scheduler does not execute de task (php.exe) in the 5 minute period. How to do in this case? Any help is welcome.

Unfortunately the winNT scheduler is a bit pants. The only real way to have the ability to run a command ever 5 min on nt is to install cron for windows. There are several versions out there, try http://www.kalab.com/freeware/cron/cron.htm
