We've several Windows servers (physical and virtual); and it seems the virtual ones can't been graphed anymore.
On our Cacti-side (debian linux) isn't changed anything.
Doing a snmpwalk to a virtual host does return data :
mon0:~# snmpwalk -v 2c -c community-string server processor
HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrProcessorFrwID.1 = OID: SNMPv2-SMI::zeroDotZero
HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrProcessorFrwID.2 = OID: SNMPv2-SMI::zeroDotZero
HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrProcessorLoad.1 = INTEGER: 3
HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrProcessorLoad.2 = INTEGER: 1
But running a verbose query on MIB SNMP - Get Processor Information ; I receive this :
+ Running data query [9].
+ Found type = '6 '[script query].
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/share/cacti/resource/script_server/host_cpu.xml'
