It means that the graph you are looking for doesn't exist. Either, it hasn't been created yet, or something is stopping it from being created. Normal causes for this issue are
1. Incorrect permissions set on RRA directory
2. Poller has not yet passed on this host
3. Uptime detection for the host is not at least SNMP
Hope this helps ?

Hi mcutting,
thanks for the reply. About your post.
1. I already checked the permissions and set it properly so I think this one is not causing the problem.
2. About the poller, well, I've been monitoring this one for 2 days now and up until today no graph is still showing yet.
3. For the updtime detection, when I added the device. I chose SNMP v1 and the device responded to it. So, I don't know if this is an SNMP issue.
And to add to my previous post, Cacti was installed on a VM machine so I don't know if it has something to do with the problem.
mcutting wrote:Quite a bit actually - if the time is not correct, the RRD file won't get updated. This is also a common issue - have a look in the forums.
Now - back to the problem - what happens if you select SNMPv2 for the device in question ?
Also, have you tried to clear the poller cache ?
Thanks
It doesn't work when I tried to select SNMP v2, I mean the device doesn't get added, I guess the SNMP version is for v1 only since it's only responding to it.
Yes, I did that already (clear poller cache) and rebuild it but then, same result.
