I've installed the Manage and Syslog plugins and I'm receiving the following error's

Are you using ZEND by any chance ? Also, ensure that "magic_quotes" is enabled in PHP

Did you check to see if the "manage" tables has all been imported correctly ?
What is the result of Cacti > Settings > Manage > "Debug (Click here to verify your tables)" ?
