Cacti windows installer graphs

hello,

i just installed Cacti with the windows installer.
but i cant see my graphs i only see redcrosses even if i click on the graph.

another question if i install cacti on a server adn i want to see graphs from an other server where cacti is not installed is this possible and how can i do this?
