Monitoring Windows Services

Post by dfucitalo »

Hi, I'm new here.

I installed the cacti 0.8.7f, and i add two machines, one windows XP and one Windows Server 2003.

I need monitoring windows services, but I don't see graphs for this.

When I find this?

*** My english is very bad, sorry!

1) don't use cacti 0.8.7f http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=37845
2) What windows service do you want to monitor? You can either monitor a single process (there is a script for that) or there are other scripts which can query the status of a service.... you just need to search the script forum and/or script repository site.

Hi BSOD2600 I downgrade my Cacti. Tks

I need monitor status of a service, for exemplo the spooler service.

I found this link http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t ... &start=105

The script found the windows services but the graph don't appears

I wish it's a problem of the script because the others usually appear
