Boost Plugin in Cacti under Windows

I need to implement Boost functionality in Cacti.For that I have Installed the Plug in,Enable it for Plugin management but not able to understand of I need to Change the anything or not.My setting attached..

Also getting following log but not able to understand of Boost is actually working or not...I have not done any other changes like Spine pooling via Scheduler etc...

I got it..But not able to start cacti_rrdsvc as serivces under windows..

Also have another small doubt...

Thold plugin is sending graph via mail when triggered but as per following setting All RRD will update with minimum interval of 30 minutes. ie are we not getting the latest graph send via thold??

How Often Should Boost Update All RRD's 30min
