Graph problem

Hello,

I know this in forum i can find this problem.. i tried it but not successful :( i see the graphs.. but they are free, i don't see nothing in they.. some body know in what can be the problem?

Thank you, and can you give the link with the troubleshooting? to don't write new post after every trouble. Thanks.

2) increase the snmp timeout for that device to 3000ms or higher.

i put timeout 3000 milliseconds, but not help :(


i use WindowsInstaller v1.94
Operating System: Windows XP
Webserver: Apache 2.2.14
Cacti: 0.8.7e
Spine: 0.8.7e
MySQL: 5.0.88
PHP: 5.2.11
RRDTool (Win32): 1.2.30
Net-SNMP: 5.5.0.2

the cacti log show data being retrieved from the problem device?
