threshold created, but not showing anywhere

Im using cacti 0.8.7e, thold 0.4.1, PA2.6, settings .5. everything is a fresh install.

After i got threshold installed and everything, i can not see any created thresholds.

When i create a new threshold, it says "Record Updated" but nothing is listed in the threshold tab.

Do i have to remove and re-import the thold mysql database? What are the commands for this?

I created a template and tried adding a threshold from the template, but that had the same results.

EDIT: the only tables in mysql are thold_data and thold_templates. both are empty.
When i try to create a new template, it says "Template already exists"

I saw in forum there is a bug mysql with the sql_mode that can resolved the problem

but for me there is no values definited

In plugin management, i have just uninstall plugin thold and install plugin thold.
