plugin for netcool

Hi, I have cacti installed in my environment. I need to integrate cacti with IBM Tivoli/netcool to forward the events to create ticket. Is there any plugin available to do this. Please help.

Netcool can't accept e-mail to create tickets?

Thanks for the reply howie. I am not sure on that, i need to check netcool is capable of creating ticket from email. Is there anyway that cacti can insert alert into netcool through any module or probe ?

Yes netcool can work with SNMP trap, it has a probe to get the SNMP trap.

Can also use syslog. Save the syslog messages to your local cacti server and forward the messages to Netcool. You can configure cacti to send the message to a particular facility.
