[solved] URL access to the cacti server

Dear all,
We have successfully installed and running cacti from the windows installer(BSOD) .exe version cacti0.8.7e.

We are able to access the cacti with http://localhost/cacti , but please suggest us that how we can able to access by only localhost or ip, for Example http://localhost OR http://x.x.x.x .
assume where 'x' is an ip address.

In earlier manual installation version we used to access the same through ip address. like http://192.168.4.5
