Table view of data as well as graph?

Sorry if this has been posted before, or if it currently exists, but I'm new to cacti, althought been using mrtg/rrd for years..
Is there a method to display data in a text-table view? sort of like 'rrdtool fetch' output? Possibly then have links to graphs from that.

For example, I'm polling 250 devices, each normally with 24 ports.
I'd like to display in/out bytes, in/out packets, error packets, discards, unicast, multicast, etc either per device, or per port. THEN be able to sort on that, so for instance, if I want to see the devices with the highest packet count inbound, I can sort by that, and they'll be at the top, the able to see the corresponding graph... or highest error/discard rate.

Any ideas? Maybe can be done via a plugin for cacti? does cacti support plugins?
