cisco 3600 voice port usage

dear all
I have cisco 3600 with 24 fxo port and service debit voip but I cant create online user graph usage .

help me to solved this trouble

I'm beginner in cacti,I just config SNMP and add it into cacti .
can help me step by step. I have other cisco 1760 with FXO port with same problem

The link IS step-by-step. Just try to follow it and post results of each step if you can't interpret it on your own

I don't have any Perl File and don't have enough knowledge on MIB's

The "U" tells you, that there is a problem querying the target device with a specific SNMP request. When switching to DEBUG mode, cacti will tell you the OID used. You may then verify, whether the target is failing or whether it's Cacti's fault.
I suppose that the target does not support that specific query
