Hi All,
I'm having problems importing the template from http://docs.cacti.net/usertemplate:host ... xysg_sgos5 into cacti.
I'm running cacti Version 0.8.7e on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update
I don't receive any error just a blank http://<host-ip>/cacti/templates_import.php
I've tried uploading the file and the form paste.
Please let me know if you need anything more info.
Regards, vrturbo

Hi thanks for getting back to me, there wasn't anything in the cacti logs but the apache logs showed the below:yreddy wrote:Hi,
I've imported this template in Cacti 0.8.7e and had no problem...
If you want, check the cacti log file (path is specified in GUI, goto "Console->Settings->Paths", check value of "Cacti Log File Path") during the import for any anomallies.
Also, I've just exported the template from my Cacti running on version 0.8.7e and uploaded to the site. You can download it here and try it out:
http://docs.cacti.net/_media/usertempla ... 100423.zip
Let me know what you found in the logs and if the new version worked.

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 39 bytes) in /var/www/html/cacti/lib/xml.php on line 32, referer: http://server/cacti/templates_import.php
So after a change to my php.ini ( to lift max memory from 8MB to 32MB) and a webserver restart I could import the template fine. Thanks for your help

The URL for the Blue Coat SGOS 5 Template changed to respect the Guidelines, it's now http://docs.cacti.net/usertemplate:host ... xysg_sgos5
