Dear Lieold,

I did the steps above, but i still getting an empty graphs, I have Rydayn modem and the test OID I want to test with is the EbNO value which is changing all the time.

here is the steps I did.
1- Added the device.
2- Added graph for that device
3- Data source is a Generic SNMP OID
4- pasting the OID into the OID field.

and for the data input methods, shall I create my own one, and if so which one is the preferred in this case?

thanks Alot.

Not a windows specific question, moving.

Use http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:4_help.2_debugging to troubleshoot what process is breaking.

I tried to debug the snmp, and this is what I got
C:\Documents and Settings\Admin>snmpget -c public -v 2c 189.203.104.4 .1.3.6.1.4
.1.2591.15.1.4.13.0
Cannot find module (NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB): At line 1 in (none)
Cannot find module (NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB): At line 1 in (none)
Cannot find module (DISMAN-EVENT-MIB): At line 1 in (none)
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2591.15.1.4.13.0 = INTEGER: 7

Thanks

These errors are SNMP agent errors complaining about bad MIB files.
That does not disturb cacti. But it is time-consuming. It is better not to parse MIBs at all; cacti does not need that.

For more debugging, please see 2nd link of my sig
