cannot install SNMPTT on windows

I have downloaded SNMPTT from sourceforge. I want install SNMPTT on windows for CAMM plugin . I followed the instructions for installtion on windows. Unfortunately I cannot manually start snmptt.

when I run snmptt --daemon from cmd prompt , I get the error as follows: -

'snmptt' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Please help me it's driving me crazy
