Now i can receive mail notification when host is down.
so i would like to know when the host up it can the send mail
notification ?

you can monitor up/down ports/hosts with the nmidUpDownMonitor plugin

It lets you configure alerts on a per-interface basis
It will send an alert once an interface gets down, and send one when it is recovering/up providing the date/time and duration it was down.
