[FIXED] Graph's not showing any data.

Post by kaotic »

I've spent the past few days trying to track down the reason for this but was unable to find anything.

Under Console -> Devices -> (Edit) (for localhost) Under Associated Graph Templates it shows that localhost status are in a status of "Is Being Graphed" however, while graphs are being displayed. they are completely blank. Any ideas?

Any additional information you need to assist?

Looks like my graphs are now showing data, however my thumbs in the image above are still remaining broken, any ideas on that?

Also I am not sure why the graphs were blank it just started working a few hours ago.

Followed the troubleshooting instructions, to try and fix my broken preview images, still nothing, the graphs are working just not the preview thumbnails.

In most cases, this is a result when the rrdtool version used does not match the one defined under "Settings"

Thanks, I checked the version:

Code: Select all

[bleon@mon01 ~]$ rrdtool -v
RRDtool 1.4.2 Copyright 1997-2009 by Tobias Oetiker <tobi@oetiker.ch>
However from within the settings I can only choose 1.0.x, 1.2.x and 1.3.x I'll try to set it to 1.3.x since its the closest match ( it was set to 1.0.x) and see if this works.
