I have searched this forum, and by now tried almost every way to get my temp and fan speed into Cacti without any luck
I would Really like to get this data available.. so any help would be Very appreciated !!

I can find all data regarding the sensors under:

SBr Temp: +23.1°C (high = +65°C, hyst = +60°C)
Please.. Can someone guide me in the right direction to get this data into Cacti ?!
