Installing thold without plugin architecture

Hello
Is it possible to install Thold without Plugin architecture?? Because i have errors during the PA instalation and I dont't now how to fix it.

Unfortunately, no. All plugins use a variety of hooks to access CACTI data and API functions. PIA is an essential component for any plugin to work.
