[RESOLVED] Boost 3.0 DB Error

Post by Jason.S »

Hello,

I just updated from boost 2.1 to 3.0 today and I am now getting this error.

Code: Select all

02/19/2010 04:03:00 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: A DB Exec Failed!, Error:'1114', SQL:"INSERT INTO `rcaston` SELECT * FROM poller_output_boost WHERE time<='2010-02-19 16:02:59' AND local_data_id BETWEEN 19 AND 3568'

With boost on, I am getting gaps in my graphs......most likely due to this error. Before the upgrade, it was working fine. I am also having problems install plug-ins, but I am not sure if these two problems are related.

You are having larger problems than you think. This is not so much a boost problem.

1114 (ER_RECORD_FILE_FULL)

InnoDB has run out of free space in the tablespace. You should reconfigure the tablespace to add a new data file

I appear to be having the same issue, however my innodb is set to autoextend:

Code: Select all

innodb_data_home_dir = /data/mysql/s1000
innodb_file_per_table=1
innodb_flush_log_at_trx_commit=2
innodb_buffer_pool_size=1G
innodb_data_file_path = ibdata1:100M:autoextend
innodb_log_group_home_dir = /data/mysql/s1000
Here's the output from Boost:

Code: Select all

Don't use INNODB for Boost. Big mistake. Either MyISAM (fixed format) or Memory.
