Down host notifications

Is there a plugin that lets you set different email addresses for different hosts going down/up? For instance, I have trees set up for network equipment, Windows server, HPUX servers, etc. I know how to set up an email up if a device goes down but it sends out an email for any device that goes down. I want to send out an email to UX admins for UX servers, Windows admin for Windows servers, etc.

I ended up using NMID up/down host monitor. It is exactly what I was looking for.
