Hi
is it possible to show for each switch interfaces the MAC and IP of the connected device?
Maybe with weathermap SNMP Target or with MACTRACK?
I know which OIDs are needed but i don't know how i can implement??
MAC and IP of interfaces in weathermap dynamic over SNMP?

No.
Weathermap SNMP target expects to get numbers.
Also, there's isn't a general correct answer - you can have more than one IP and more than one MAC on any switch port.

Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
