[solved] Having Trouble Installing Autom8 Plug-in using Win

I'm having problems installing the Autom8 plugin on a Windows Server. I running Cacti 087e with PIA 2.4. I've been able to extract the data to the default Cacti PlugIn directory but can't figure out how to patch the installation. I tried executing using the instructions but I can't execute the patch commands as shown in the documentation.

I tried the patch -p1 -N -dry-run .... but get an error patch is not a recognized command. I searched for a patch file and cannot find it. Is this only a Linux based installation?
