help me!about monitor tomcat

I have monitored the tomcat server by a templates "tomcat status",but I have some server using different port on tomcat, like 8080 ,8081 and so on. the templates only monitor one port ,how do I monitor different ports;
I copy two templates,eacho templates monitor one port,but only the first import templates can collect data,the copy's templates failed! how can I monitor different port on tomcat! thanks!

the log display:

but I directly us the tomcatstats.pl successed!
