Linux / Unix CPU Utilisation Template

Post by shearmagic »

Hi everyone,

First let me start off by saying that cacti is a very good graphing tool :)

I am an SNMP dummy, and I do not have SNMP configured properly. Currently I am using the Linux / Unix templates and I am using it for the following:

- Memory Usage
- Disk Space
- Load Average
- Logged In Users
- Ping Latency
- Number of processes

One more thing that I am missing to make my graphs complete is CPU utilisation. I am just graphing these stats on the same box (which is running on Fedora Core 2 using cacti 0.8.6). Is there any Linux / Unix template scripts written already which I am able to use?

Thanks!
